Meet Dr. Pulsipher

Dr. Allen Pulsipher, DDS, MD, FACS

Dr. Pulsipher is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He holds multiple college degrees including, a DDS (Dentist) and an MD (Physician). After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Pulsipher attended Baylor College of Dentistry graduating with honors. He continued his postgraduate education at the University of Texas Southwestern, completing his training as a Physician and in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His training included in depth training in Anesthesia.

Dental Implant Specialist

Dr. Pulsipher specializes in dental implant procedures include anterior esthetic implants, soft tissue reconstruction, bone grafting including sinus grafting, bone reconstruction and full mouth restoration.

Board Certification and Leadership

Dr. Pulsipher is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Associations of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also the President of the Inland Facial Trauma Surgery, where he takes trauma call at the local Trauma Center. Dr. Pulsipher takes great pride in his practice.  He is especially proud to offer his patients the only Accredited Surgery Center for oral surgery in the Temecula Valley. This is located in the Murrieta office.

Research, Continuing Education

Dr. Pulsipher has co-authored several articles published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He is the Director of the Mt. Palomar Study Club, a part of the Seattle Study Club, a national organization dedicated to multi-multi-disiplinary treatment of patients . As the director, he enjoys facilitating the meetings and promoting continued education for our community dentists.  

International Dental Service

Committed to sharing his dental expertise to those in need, Dr. Pulsipher has accompanied a group of colleagues to Tonga to provide dental care to the underserved. In conjunction with The Temecula Valley Unified School District. he created an Adopt a School program for local dentists to participate in free dental screening for kindergarten students in our local schools.

Family and Community

He is active in his community through many volunteer organizations, and has been an elected official for the Temecula Valley Unified School District’s Board of Trustees (Retired). In his spare time, Dr. Pulsipher and his wife enjoy traveling to spend time with their adult children and grandchildren.
